The mission of Troubling of The Waters Ministries Empowerment is the doctrine and salvation plan directed as a well-based, God-oriented life, and celibacy as unto inheriting moral and holy conduct in the world as a kingdom citizen, providing society with established prayer warriors and successful and harmonious conduct, benefiting human kind with benevolence and generosities to fit humanity, also causing a better leadership and headdress of a nation for governmental purposes and righteous ethics.
